The following is a useful tool for determining the guideline compensation for a particular given value. Input the desired value under "Enter Value." Then click the "Calculate" button at the bottom and view the result in the "Guideline Fee" column. Use the "Reset" button to delete all amounts and start over. (The minimum fee is $500.00 per year.)
The Hamilton County Probate Court has made proposed changes to its local rules. The proposed changes are available on the Court’s website, www.probatect.org listed under Recent Alerts section.
The Court is accepting written comments on the proposed changes until December 30, 2025.
