This is typically for couples marrying outside
the United States of America. This is a form certified by
one of our clerks, stating that a person has never been issued a
marriage license in Hamilton County. First, we gather information
from the person. Then, we look for that person in our records
and verify they have never been issued a license from Hamilton County.
You can only have this form certified by applying
in-person. The fee is $5.00. Cash or credit cards (MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only) are accepted.
In an attempt to make your visit to our office
quicker and more efficient we have provided a PDF version that can
be filled out, printed, and then brought to our office for certification.
