Mail
To receive a copy of this legal document, either
apply in person at the Marriage license Department, Room 10130,
or fill out the PDF form below. Mail the form along with a
self-addressed, stamped envelope, to the address posted on the form.
The cost is $2.00 per copy. Send, Cashier's Check or Money
Order (please no personal checks or cash) made out to "Hamilton
County Probate Court." In order for us issue a certified
copy the license must have been purchased here in Hamilton County,
Ohio and must have been completed. Please refer to our online
index to be sure.
