This begins with a simple index of all persons that have been probated for mental illness/mental retardation within Hamilton County, Ohio since January 1, 1987. Upon clicking on "DETAIL" one can view the case docket. Alternatively, if you know the case number for which you are inquiring, simply enter it into the "Case Number" field and click "Sumbit."

   For the best results when searching for a number:
  • Case numbers are ten (10) characters in length.
  • Case numbers are entered as such:
    • Two digit century (i.e., "20" for cases in the 2000's)
    • Followed by the two digit year (i.e., "03" for cases in the year 2003)
    • Followed by the six digit case number (i.e., "001234")
    • The end result would be the ten (10) digit case number "2003001234"
  • Case numbers may also be entered using a shortcut method:
    • Two digits for the year (i.e., "03" for cases in the year 2003)
    • Followed by the significant digits of the case number (i.e., "1234" for "001234")
    • The end result would be the shortcut case number "031234" for case number "2003001234"
